~~Payment~~


~Payment is due within 3 days of purchase or your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will have to place a new order.

~We prefer payments through Paypal or Google Checkout***You can use your credit card through Paypal without creating an account. You can also use your credit card through Google.

~We accept Money Orders Only for all US destinations. International orders are payable ONLY through Paypal or Google Checkout-No exceptions!

~We accept personal checks (please allow 7 days for check to clear) Order will not be shipped until check has cleared.

~~Shipping & Shipping Discounts~~

Free Shipping if your order totals $75.00 or more. A refund for shipping will be credited back to you after payment is made if you pay with a credit card or if you pay by personal check or money order I will send you an invoice without the shipping cost (only if you order totals $75.00 or more)

~Shipping discounts given on multiple purchases. You will pay actual shipping cost plus handling.  I will refund you if an overpayment is made.

Shipping prices quoted are for USA  and Canada only and shipping quotes are USPS First Class Mail or Priorty, unless otherwise stated in the description.

~ International orders other than Canada:    If a purchase is made, please e-mail me at  arbeiter@santel.net   requesting and invoice and I  will send you an invoice through Paypal (No registration required and you can use any credit card) or Google Checkout. (you can use any credit card there also but registration is required. Please specify who you will be paying with, Paypal or Google Checkout.

~Insurance is optional. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

~Shipments are made Monday-Saturday, excluding postal holidays. We usually ship within 2 business days, excluding Sunday after we have received notification of cleared payment

~~Returns~~

~We at Heritage Lace and Treasures pride ourselves on superior customer service and satisfaction. Although it is our intention to display images and descriptions of each item that are true to material, color, size, etc., colors vary with individual monitors and sometimes item details are inevitably missed. We recognize that the buyer is deprived of the tactile and visual experience when purchasing on the web.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return for a refund of (purchase price only). Shipping is never refundable unless we made an error(i.e. perhaps sent the wrong color, size or item). All returns must be within 10 business days of receipt. All items must be returned in new and unopened/unused condition, with original packaging. If the preceding conditions are not met then no refund will be given.  This return applies to Heritage Lace only. No return on collectibles, books, used items of any kind.
